(Brittany now Daisy)
We changed her name to Daisy. She has adjusted very well! She seems to love her new home and learned very quickly about off-limits areas/actions like paws on the table (we still need to remind her sometimes when she gets too excited). She even picked up potty training very quickly, especially once the weather was above zero.
We are so in love with Daisy and so proud of how well she’s doing! She is very loving, likes to snuggle and gives us lots of kisses. She is a super smart girl – she has already learned to follow several basic commands very quickly and seems to enjoy learning them (probably because she gets lots of treats for doing them right!) We’re excited to teach her some fun and unique tricks! She has done very well with leash training too and seems to really enjoy going for walks, especially new routes with lots of interesting smells. She was very nervous about walking in snow at first but now she loves to zoom around the yard and bellyflop into the drifts! We have tons of fun inside the house playing tug or fetching up and down the stairs. She is still shy at first with new people or other dogs, but she is very friendly once she gets comfortable with them. We absolutely adore our silly sweetheart!
