(Sam now Sami)
We adjusted his name to Sami, and he is doing great! He has really come out of his shell and seems comfortable in his new home. When he first got here, he was stress-eating, he would eat his meals ravenously as soon as he got them, but he stopped doing that after the first week. He is very active and loves attention, he even is nice to guests and new people. Which was a surprise because of how shy he seemed when we first got him. Though he is a little jumpy occasionally, I think he is learning that he doesn’t have to be too cautious. He even will hide behind things and jump out at me when he wants to play, it is very cute. I do school online from home, and he likes to sit on my keyboard when he wants attention. When I say his name, he looks at me, and he makes noises when I talk to him, so I’m pretty sure he understands me haha. Overall, he is doing great, he fits in very well and is being spoiled.
