(Betty now Lulu) has integrated well into our family. She is a very active puppy and loves to play with the kids and parents. We have her in puppy kindergarten to help keep her focused and to calmly interact with other humans. She also attends puppy daycare on a regular basis to get her socialized with other dogs.
We are still working on potty training and her over excitement. We have made progress on both, but still have a ways to go. She also has teething issues that cause her to softly bite; but we are convinced she isn’t doing it to hurt us because she stops when we walk away from her or act hurt. We are just monitoring closely when the kids are playing and stop if Lulu gets too excited.
Lulu has become a member of our family and is loved by all. It is clear that Lulu looks at us as family also.
